Urgent and Emergency Care
Gia connects you to urgent and emergency care, including behavioral health care, in a matter of minutes. It's the quickest way to determine if you require treatment or an in-person visit.

Message a Doctor 24/7
You can message a doctor 24/7 for virtual primary and specialty care through MVP's partner, Galileo. Use Galileo for preventive care, medical questions, chronic conditions like diabetes, or prescription refills. (Separate app download required.)

Same-Day Treatment for Health Concerns
If you don't have time to visit a doctor or don't want to wait weeks for an appointment, doctors are available 24/7 through our partnership with Galileo. No appointment is needed, so you can receive same-day treatment for nearly any health concern. (Separate app download required.)

Behavioral Health
Manage your medications and receive assistance with conditions like anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Schedule virtual therapy and psychiatry appointments without the need for referrals. Connect via video chat with qualified specialists from across the country, including Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Mental Health Counselors, and Psychologists. Virtual therapy appointments are available within 7 days for MVP members aged 12 and older. Virtual psychiatry appointments are available within 28 days for MVP members aged 18 and older. Members can also receive urgent help for Behavioral Health needs within 20 minutes, without requiring appointments or referrals. (Separate app download required.)

Fast Access to Your Plan
Gia provides a wealth of helpful information about your health plan, making it easy to find ID cards and stay updated on claims, deductibles, out-of-pocket limits, and preventive care.

ID Cards
View and share your MVP ID cards with doctors, family members, or anyone you choose.

Claims
Obtain a quick overview of medical, dental, and pharmacy claims. Click on any claim to access detailed information such as total charges, savings, final costs, service breakdowns, and more. Alternatively, use the advanced search function to locate specific claims quickly and easily.

Deductibles and Limits
Monitor your progress towards deductibles and limits for any member covered by your plan for both the current and previous plan years.

Payments and Billing History
Pay your premium, view your payment history, manage your wallet, and even set up Auto Pay so you never have to worry about paying your premium again.

Preventive Care Reminders
Receive proactive and personalized recommendations to keep you and your loved ones healthy.

Member Profiles
Access an overview of your coverage, including medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy plans.
